AskMike.life was created out of a calling to help individuals regain clarity, strength, and direction in their lives—especially during seasons of pressure, conflict, and internal struggle.
I’m Michael Chase, M.Th., a pastoral counselor, educator, and certified anger-management and domestic-violence specialist. My work is rooted in theology, pastoral guidance, behavioral education and modification, as well as lived experience navigating and overcoming cycles that keep people emotionally and relationally stuck.
I help people understand the patterns shaping their reactions, relationships, and decisions—then guide them toward healthier ways of thinking, responding, and living. My approach is grounded, practical, and transformational, drawing from psychological insight, biblical wisdom, emotional-regulation training, and real-world application.
This is not about quick fixes or surface-level change. It’s about rebuilding inner stability, strengthening relationships, and cultivating a life marked by clarity, peace, and personal strength.
If you want to understand who I am, why I do this work, and how I can support your growth and direction—you’re in the right place.
